As the founder of Cozentus, I realised that while many IT companies offered general IT solutions to organise the predominantly unordered sector, they were less user-friendly and fragmented to adopt in day-to-day operations. There was a gap in the market that a company could address by offering wholesome business solutions tailored to industries. 

Opportunities for innovative solutions 

After thorough market research and trend analysis, I ensured that the supply chain and logistics industry presents a landscape open to exploration to its full potential. The industry expects to reach $380 billion by 2025 and is still unorderly, lacking end-to-end business solutions to integrate people and processes. While most logistics players struggled with multiple systems and processes and lacked visibility, we had an opportunity to innovate solutions to boost business efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Cozentus did not come up with another technical solution to automate processes and streamline workflows- because it does not provide a 360-degree integrated system that overcomes subtle loopholes and simplifies the entire game. Instead, we relied on business solutions that take a more holistic approach to problem-solving by considering the comprehensive business ecosystem. We identified the root causes of the problems that businesses encounter and offered solutions to address them. This way, our optimised business and IT solutions provided clients with a streamlined supply chain process — from procurement to delivery.
