About the client:

The client is a 3PL leader in global logistics for over 50 years, headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US. To transport shipments, they work with multiple shippers and are also required to avail services from several drayage providers to transport large volume of goods. These goods are transported from one location to another such as port to warehouse, container pool to factory, factory to port, etc.

Business Challenge:

Cozentus’ client was facing challenges with their drayage shipments. Many containers are to be shipped to different locations; therefore, several dray providers were involved in the entire process. With manual processing of data and updates, real-time access to information was not available. Manual updating also posed a high risk of errors leading to shipment delays, high cost, and overall inefficiency in the entire shipment process.
