The client is a Fortune 500 company that works with multi-modal transport vendors and therefore has numerous data exchanges in multiple formats.

Business Challenge:

Cozentus’ client was facing difficulty integrating their invoicing system with many services and contracts and correlating the actual bill details received in different formats. Therefore, it resulted in long invoice review and processing time. Since the company was processing the invoices manually, it was tedious, error-prone, and time-consuming. Another challenge that aggravated the problem was the location in different geographies and following no standard process across each geography. There was a lack of visibility into each process, leading to high report creation time. This also led to an application mismatch where invoices were uploaded through different systems at different locations.
