Cozentus recently marked its second anniversary in November and held its first annual day celebration in December 2021, which was attended by employees and their families from across the country. Celebration flow over the entire last week of the year, with fun games, secret Santa surprises, giftings-and-get-togethers, and a grand evening meet-up with performances by enthusiastic employees, engaging games, and delectable food and drinks.

During this celebration Cozentians, in large numbers made history by sharing their time, skills, and expertise with each other. The hybrid model of work was observed in its true sense with employees traveling from across the country and working together at the corporate office in Bhubaneswar for the entire week.

Pandemic posed several challenges during the past few years, however, the sheer enthusiasm and dedication of Cozentians has helped the organization achieve great milestones that surpassed the expected outcomes. Cozentus CEO, Devesh Sinha stated that “When we look back, everything seems like a copybook. Whatever was planned has fallen into place. The leadership team had plans to double the employee strength in size by 2021, and we are already more than double with 8 days ahead of the 2021 closure. The kind of commitment and the vision each of us is bound with is incredible.”

Adding further, Devesh said, “2021 has been a great year for Cozentus. It has been marked by the business growth, bigger team, better infrastructure, and stronger organization.” The venue set up was planned with a thematic winter-cum-Christmas décor and the stage was lit with bright and celebratory backdrops. The event gave an opportunity for new entrants and trainees to directly engage with the leaders and C-level executives, thereby re-instating our open-door policy, which is not just limited to indoors but on every occasion possible. Intra and inter-departmental open discussions, fun-chat, and brainstorming were thoroughly observed and cherished by Cozentians.
